These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Future Memorial Public School website (www.fmps.in, the Website) and the school application (the App). By using either, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website or the App.
2. About the Website and the App
The Website is an information site for the School. The App is the School's internal system for parents, students and staff, covering attendance, homework, timetables, examinations, results, notices and fee records. The App is available only to account holders issued by the School.
3. Use of the Website
You may read, print and share the pages of this Website for personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or the App;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Website;
- copy or republish substantial parts of the Website as your own;
- use automated tools to harvest data or contact details from the Website;
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the information on this Website accurate and up to date, but details such as fee structure, academic dates, holidays, section availability and facilities may change. Nothing on this Website is an offer of admission, and no information on it should be relied upon as a binding commitment by the School.

Admission is granted at the discretion of the School and is subject to the verification of the documents submitted and to the availability of seats. The School may decline an application, or withdraw admission, where documents are found to be false, where fees remain unpaid, or where the conduct of a student or guardian is inconsistent with the School's rules.
6. Fees and payments
School fees may be paid at the school office or online through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. Fee amounts, due dates and late-payment rules are those notified by the School from time to time. Refunds and cancellations are dealt with under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. App accounts and credentials
App accounts are created and managed by the School office. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Please do not share your password with anyone else. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact the office immediately so the password can be reset. Every existing session of an account is ended whenever its password is changed.
8. Photographs and student work
The School takes photographs and video during school functions, sports and classroom activities and may publish them on this Website or in the App for school purposes. We do not publish a student's personal contact details. If you do not want your child's photograph published, please write to the school office and we will respect that request.
9. Intellectual property
The School's name, crest and logo, and the text, layout and photographs on this Website, belong to the School. They may not be copied or used for any purpose without the School's written permission.
10. External links
This Website may link to other websites, such as our payment gateway. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Limitation of liability
The Website and the App are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep them accurate and available, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
